CNC Router

Signs More Signs More Signs Two CNC Router CNC Examples More CNC Examples

A CNC router is a new addition to our shop. This machine is controlled by a computer and is able to cut in three dimensions and do it repetitively. Software allows us to take a variety of graphic file formats and translate this into cutting paths on the machine. We can produce wooden signs up to 24" by 32" in size. Cut wooden parts, do a variety of pocket milling and drilling operations, even take a photograph and turn it into an engraving on a wood panel for you. We are still finding possibilities of what this machine can do, so stay tuned for new examples of projects that we will be undertaking in the future. We use the following software packages to help us develop designs that can be cut on our CNC router: Turbocad/Cam, VCarve Pro, PhotoVCarve, Bobcad/Cam, BobArt, Mach 2 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium. Please go to the CNC Examples and Boxes and Gifts pages of our website to see some other examples of items we have created using our CNC router.
