Kitchen is made of local pine, with African wood trim that the clients had brought back with them after a work assignment in Mozambique. Countertops are tiled and one section is solid maple. Eco-house oil finish on exterior fronts and water based interior finish. The door and drawer pulls were crafted out of antler bone. An island has been added since initial kitchen construction, adjacent to the log support beam
